How HASPERT do it (five-step process)
Haspert works with you every step of the way from start to finish.
STEP 1 - SHARE YOUR VISION
Haspert designer will work with you and your budget whether you are renovating or replacing your kitchen.
In this step, you will
- Discuss with one of our designers in an informal meeting either at your home or our showroom.
- Outline your project in terms of budget, needs, function, style, and timings to help the designer to get a good understanding of your ideas and objectives for your new kitchen during the consultation.
- Visit our showroom at least once to view available products, hardware, and concept kitchen to get inspired.
- Bring along any photos, magazines, or other reference material you may have collected to show the designer the features or color combinations you desired. Also, bring the house plans to your consultation if you have one.
SHARE YOUR VISION
Haspert approach is a consultative one and is based on trust. We prefer a different, softer approach to sell our products. There is no ‘hard sell’.
By listening to our clients, the initial conversation leads us to understand exactly what YOU want from your new kitchen and this enables us to design and create your dream kitchen.
Our free consultation includes up to 3 hours of design/meeting time including travel required, worth up to $350+GST.
STEP 2 - CONCEPT & QUOTATION
Haspert CAD system presents you with 3D rendered space of the designed kitchen within the context of your own home.
In this step, you will
- Ensure the kitchen concept shows the designer has correctly interpreted your needs and fine-tune where necessary.
- Talk to the designer through the recommendations for materials and finishes regarding your style.
- Evaluate and compare the quotation prepared and presented with different product options.
CONCEPT & QUOTATION
Further meetings may be required to discuss any subsequent modifications. The time spent by our designers at this stage is typically 10 – 20 hours. This does not necessarily cost you, our client, but we do NOT release a copy of the concept plans unless this is paid for.
STEP 3 - FINALIZE SPECIFICATION & SITE MEASURE
Haspert carries out a comprehensive site survey to ensure all specifications are correct and recorded.
In this step, you will
- Finalize the details and specifications that you have discussed in the design process to translate through to your finished kitchen.
- Sign the agreement along with a 50% deposit payment to allow Haspert buy in materials and secure your place in the production schedule.
- Arrange a detailed site measure with the install specialist to obtain precise measurements of your space to ensure the perfect fit.
- Ensure the plumbing and electrical positions have adhered to the agreed joinery plan.
- Schedule your job into production for an approximate installation date of 6 weeks from site measure, depending on the complexity of your project and products, as well as Haspert’s current workloads.
STEP 4 - MANUFACTURE & INSTALLATION
Haspert prioritizes keeping disruption to a minimum for you and your family.
In this step, you will
- Provide 7 days notice of your installation date with Haspert once your kitchen is ready to deliver.
- Settle 50% balance payment, which is due on the delivery date prior to installation.
We Love to Craft and Teach Ceramics
Our fully computer programmed automated machining is accurate to 0.01mm.
The installation process of fitting a new kitchen is a major project. It takes several days for Haspert’s skilled team to complete the installation of your cabinetry. Depending on the size and complexity of your project, inclusion of new cabinetry or a new layout may take a little longer.
Our installation team and network of trusted tradies will do everything they can to make your install go as smoothly as possible. Most benchtop products require templating once the cabinetry is in place. So a further 10-15 working days are required for the stone benchtop to be installed, and then any final work is required to complete your installation.
We understand that installing a new kitchen involves a number of other trades. This guarantee will ensure you can confidently book the plumber, electrician etc. And get back to normal living in your new kitchen as soon as possible.
STEP 5 - FINAL INSPECTION & FOLLOW-UP SERVICE
Haspert needs to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your new kitchen.
In this step
- Haspert designer will contact you again to make sure you are enjoying your new kitchen and are satisfied with our workmanship. And we will carry out any necessary adjustments and will continue to give you support throughout the life of your kitchen.

BESPOKE KITCHENS NOT MASS PRODUCED
Every kitchen design is unique and has to be individually created.
It takes up to a week for Haspert designer to create your bespoke kitchen once briefed. Haspert designer will inform you to arrange a presentation at the Haspert showroom once we are confident we have met the brief in a way that will inspire you.
